Initial estimates are non-binding and may require an on-site assessment before a final quote is provided. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Work begins once you accept the quote and we confirm scheduling.

5. Service Area

We primarily serve St. Petersburg, FL and surrounding communities. We may decline service, or apply additional charges, for locations outside our standard service area.

6. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

We will work with you to schedule service at a mutually convenient time. Please provide reasonable advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any applicable rescheduling or cancellation terms, including fees for missed or late-cancelled appointments, will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

7. Your Responsibilities as a Customer

As a customer, you agree to:

The terms that apply to your project, including any coverage for our workmanship and how long it lasts, are stated in your written quote.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Purpose Construction LLC is not liable for damages arising from conditions outside our reasonable control, including pre-existing or concealed defects, acts of nature, or third-party actions. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
